Goal #1
Develop and maintain recreational facilities and park areas to meet the current and future needs of the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District
Goal #2
Provide excellent recreation programs/services and customer support that will enhance the quality of life for all citizens in the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District.

Effectively administer environmental polices/programs to expand open space and conserve natural resources for present and future populations of the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District.

Provide staff with a working environment that fosters personal and professional growth.
