Are you a runner looking for a challenge against the clock? Or have you just started running and are looking to improve your time? Are you looking to ramp up to run a marathon? Here is your opportunity: the H-F Racquet & Fitness Club 5K Circuit. Start in May with the Apollo 5K and continue to challenge yourself with the Run for Freedom and the Flossmoor 5k.

It’s time to ride! Visit the bicycle safety-check and then participate in these skills & drills:

Skills are judged by your local Bicycle Police Officers. Complete the entire circuit to enter into the raffle! Enjoy food vendors and a Dino Jump. Walk-up registration available. Bicycles and helmets will be available to rent for 50 cents. Age 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Onsite bike & vehicle parking available. Ages: 5-15

We're opening up the chute for on-leash dogs to join their humans at this half-mile event. Whether you (or your dog) prefer trotting, jogging, or walking and socializing, this event is for you and your friendly hound. Don't have a dog? Not into running? No problem - you're welcome to join us! T-shirts are provided for the first 50 participants.
