SENIOR DISCOUNT

*Senior citizen residents of the Park District over the age of 62 receive a 50% discount off pool membership with proof of age.

• FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS
Family membership applications are restricted to members of the immediate family (father, mother, son, daughter) at the listed address. All eligible persons shall be listed on the application. Adult (18 & up) and child pool passes may be purchased separately. “Family” is defined as all persons who permanently reside at the address set forth in the membership application. Such persons listed in a family membership must also be claimed as dependent on IRS Form 1040 filed by the person making the application for family membership. A 1040 form may be requested for verification. Each family membership application must include information as to the relationship to the applicant of each person listed as a participant, the age of such person and that such person claimed as a dependent on applicant's IRS Form 1040 as dependent. Any applicant and/or participant will be required at any time to provide reasonable proof of age, residency, marital status or dependency. Proper identification includes: adult – drivers license, water bill, closing papers, or voter registration card; child – birth certificate, IRS Form 1040, student ID with address. Entrance to pools by season pass picture or discount card must be with a membership card or the full daily rate will be charged for admission.

• NEW POOL PASS PURCHASERS
If you are interested in registering for a new season pool pass or new resident ID pass, please follow these simple guidelines:

  • Pool passes are issued at the Irwin Center.
  • Separate payment for pool pass registration is encouraged.
  • H-F Park District will accept the pool pass registration
   forms and payments beginning April 24.
  • Photo IDs are also processed at the Irwin Center starting
   April 24.
  • Proper ID is necessary when you have your photo ID taken.     
  • Family members may come separately to have photos
    taken.

• RETURNING PASS HOLDERS
To renew your Pool Pass ID card, send in the renewal letter you received in April or complete the form inside this brochure.
Indicate any information changes. If you need a new photo ID, they are taken at Irwin Center during these hours:
M-Th, 10 a.m.- 7 p.m.; F 10 a.m.-4 p.m.; & Sat. 9-11:30 a.m.

How long has it been since you had your photo ID taken?
The H-F Park District requests that all children and teens who have not had a new photo ID taken within the last two years come to the Irwin Center and have a new photo ID taken
before June 1. Outdated IDs will not be accepted at the pools.

ALTERNATIVES TO POOL PASSES

1. RESIDENT DISCOUNT CARDS
Residents may purchase daily admission to either pool.
To receive the discount rate, a Resident Discount Photo ID card must be purchased with proof of residency. Cards are $7 each. This card must be shown at the cashier’s booth to receive discount. Replacement cards are $8.

2. DISCOUNT GUEST PASS BOOKS
Season family pass holders receive four discount guest passes; season adult and child pass holders receive two discount passes. Additional passes may be purchased in books of 10 for $10. Guests may use passes to receive the discounted daily rate. No refunds will be issued for unused passes. 3. HALF-PRICE TUESDAY NIGHTS
Half-price resident admission from 6-8:30 p.m. at Lions Pool. Discount cards or guest passes not necessary.
