Party Package Accoutrements:
- Party Room Rental: Our party room is a carpeted, heated multi-purpose room that comfortably accommodates 25-30 people. It has a TV/VCR, microwave and sink.
- Fully Decorated Party Room: Our staff will decorate the party room with streamers, balloons and “Happy Birthday” decorations before your party begins.
- Birthday Party Assistant: Our Party Assistants are experts at FUN! They will teach beginners how to skate, lead games and activities, and help serve food, ensuring that you and your guests have a good time!
- Birthday Party Favors: Give your guests a token of your appreciation! Each favor is a cup filled with candy, small toys, games & more! Additional party favors available for $5 each.
- Birthday Cake & Juice: You have your choice of chocolate or vanilla sheet cake with chocolate or vanilla frosting. The cake will be decorated with the birthday child’s name. We’ll also supply plates, cups, silverware and napkins for your party.
Party Package Conditions:
- Parties must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance in person at the H-F Ice Arena.
- Guests may enter the party room no earlier than 15 minutes before the party begins.
- The room must be clean and empty no later than 15 minutes after the party ends.
- A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Deposits are transferable, but non-refundable. Balance is due at the time the party begins.
- Five-day notice required for cancellations or credit card will be charged any balance due.
