YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Watching your dog at all times.
- Picking up after your dog—IMMEDIATELY.
- Covering any holes your dog digs.
- Discouraging aggressive behavior and barking.
- Leashing your dog immediately if it shows signs of aggression.

Rover's Run is a Cook County-regulated Dog Park. Dog owners must comply with the following County regulations in order to become members:
• All dogs must be registered with the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District to use Rover’s Run.
• Members’ identification and license tag should be worn and visible at all times while in Rover’s Run.
• Owners are responsible for the actions of their dog as well as any injury, damage to property, other
dogs or the public.
• For safety reasons children must be at least 12 years of age to enter the park and must be closely
supervised.
• Children will be expected to behave in an appropriate manner: no running, no chasing dogs, no
petting of other dogs unless permission is requested from the owner first.
• Please be polite by picking up dog feces and disposing of in the waste receptacles, which are
located throughout the park.
• Puppies must be at least 4 months old to use the park.
• Dogs must be on a leash before and after entering Rover’s Run.
• Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Repeated reports of aggression may result in loss of
membership privileges.
• Please do not bring rawhide or food into the dog area as dog fights may result.
• Please remove pinch and spike collars from your dog prior to entering Rover’s Run.
• Hours for use are sunrise to sunset.
• Please cover any holes your dog digs.
• A limit of 2 dogs per person allowed at one time in Rover’s Run.
• Rover’s Run is for dog owners and dogs only. Persons not engaged in dog-related activities are not
allowed to use this area.
• No refunds will be given for Rover’s Run.
