21st Annual Starry Nights Concerts Presented by the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District H-F Park District's Starry Nights Concerts are held at the Marie Irwin Center outdoor bandshell, located at Ridge Road and Highland Avenue in the heart of downtown Homewood. Concert evenings begin at 6:30 p.m. when Irwin Park opens to the public. Patrons bring food or purchase items from Starry Nights vendors. Then as the sky darkens and spotlights shine, the show begins....
